I help businesses save time by automating manual, repetitive work with AI. As a freelancer I deliver: workflow automations (n8n, Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate), AI agents and chatbots built on the OpenAI and Claude APIs, including RAG assistants that answer questions over company documents, API integrations between business apps, and document data-extraction pipelines that turn PDFs, invoices and scanned files into clean Excel/CSV data. I also build custom web tools with HTML/JavaScript and trading indicators and EAs in MQL5 and Pine Script. Every project is delivered ready to use, tested and documented.

Jan 2019 - Present • 7 yrs 9 mos
In-house IT & Innovation role at a professional services company. I lead AI adoption across the organisation and build the internal automation systems behind daily operations: Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Automate workflows for approvals and document management, n8n automations, enterprise AI platforms rolled out to staff with training and internal guidelines, AI assistants that answer questions over internal documents, and custom web tools built with HTML/JavaScript and APIs. My focus is turning manual, document-heavy processes into reliable automated pipelines.
