Why is your price bit lower than other sellers for same features?
This price is introductory offer only for certain period of time as i want to build my portfolio on Fiverr. You can visit my profile as i have 8+ years of experience on building websites and web applications. Do message me if you want to know more about me and my works.
Is changing layout or adding new pages/sections included in free support?
If you need to change text or images or any other contents, I will do them for free. However, if you want to change layout or add content, there will be a fee based on amount of task and time required for me to complete it.
After 3 months support is over, if I require help with anything, will you help me?
Yes, of course. If you need help with small changes, I will help you with that for no extra charge. However, if the change takes time and effort on my part, I might ask for a small fee, perhaps $5/day depending on the time required to complete it which generally gets completed within few days.
If i buy the Basic package, do I miss out on the support?
Not at all, For the basic package, I will provide you FREE support for a 1 month. If you need further help, based on your request, there will be a small fee depending on the task and time required for me to complete it.
Tell Me more about the After Sales Support
With my Standard & Premium package a 3 month support is included. During that time, I will update plugins if needed, attend any issues or make small corrections and fixes if needed.
Will I be able to edit the site myself After we make it live?
Yes of course. I use a user-friendly custom made Content Management System (for all my packages) for the sites. With the help of a visual builder(CMS), you can easily change images, text, heading etc of the site. After we finish, I will send you a tutorial video for editing your site.
Can I make the payment in installments?
Yes. For my Standard and Premium packages, you can pay in 2 installments. You make 50% payment when we start. When the site is ready for launch, you can make the next 50% payment.
