Are your funds blocked by PayPal, WISE, 2CheckOut, Stripe, Shopify, or another payment service provider? We will be glad to represent you before those providers and put reasonable efforts to make sure that your money is timely returned. We have succeeded to release funds numerous times. We may also help you with lifting reserves. If you prefer, we will send you many examples of successful cases.
Your letter will be sent by a LICENSED ATTORNEY-AT-LAW. Upon your request, I will provide you with information about my attorney credentials. Be careful about service providers who provide similar services, but are not licensed attorneys as some payment processors allow only attorney representation.
This Gig covers preparing and sending one letter to the relevant payment processor. Upon your request, if the payment processor does not reply, we may (in our discretion), as a gesture of goodwill, send up to 4 reminders.
There is no guarantee of success and the fee will not be refunded if the other party does not reply or the other party refuses to release the funds. We do not work on a "no-win, no-fee" basis. Payment processors are third parties over which we have no control whatsoever.

Do you ask for account passwords?
NO, never. Please be careful when sharing your passwords with anyone.
Do you send the letter to the payment processor or you draft it and we send it?
I send the letter to the payment processor in my capacity of your attorney-at-law. As an attorney-at-law, I have the right to represent you. Be careful when hiring people who are not authorized to legally represent you.
Are you able to provide examples of successful cases?
Yes, we have many examples of successful cases regarding various payment processors and, upon your request, we will send you examples of successful cases.
Why don't you work on a success fee basis?
In the past, we worked on a success fee basis and noticed that about 50% of the clients do not pay us the success fees after we win their cases. So, our task became difficult. First, we need to fight the payment processor. Afterwards, we need to fight the client.
Is it a scam?
It hurts us when someone thinks that we are engaged in a scam. Our service is clearly explained and we have clearly stated that we do not provide any guarantee of success. We will not promise you magic solutions, etc. You pay to a licensed lawyer to send a legal letter to a payment processor.
To whom do you send the letter?
It depends on the payment processor and the location of the account holder. If the account holder is based in a certain region (e.g, the US or the EU), we may need to contact a subsidiary of the payment processor in that region. In some cases, we contact the headquarters of the company.
Why should I hire you and not another company?
You hire a licensed attorney-at-law who will represent you. We will not draft the letter and tell you to send it by yourself. We will actually send it, which will show to the payment processor that you have hired a lawyer and the matter is serious.
Will you access my account?
No, we will never get any access to your account whatsoever. We recommend avoiding providing third parties with access to your payment processor accounts as this may lead to thefts and other legal issues.
What is your work process?
1. I will ask you to provide certain information. It will allow me to draft the letter. 2. I will send the draft letter to you and an authorization which you will need to sign. It will authorize me to represent you before the payment processor. 3. After you approve the letter, I will send it.
Once I approve the work product (the legal letter), can I request revisions (without actual requests for changes or edits)?
No, you agree that the revision button is strictly for edits or changes of the work product (i.e., the legal letter) and not for other purposes.
