I have designed and developed a fully custom AI chatbot and automation system for Saraghina Eyewear, an eyewear retail store. Built using Voiceflow, Convocore, Make.com, Google Sheets, and Airtable, the system handled the entire customer journey from first message to confirmed order. The standout feature was a smart frame recommendation system. Customers would enter their name and contact details, upload their medical eye prescription, watch a YouTube video integrated directly into the chatbot showing them how to photograph their face correctly, upload their photo, then browse and select frames by name. The chatbot would pull the selected frame directly from the product database, display it for confirmation, and automatically save the full order — customer name, contact, prescription details, frame choice, and color — into a structured Google Sheet for the store team. Additional features included appointment scheduling, store Q&A covering products and services, and lead capture saving all customer interactions automatically. Everything was built from scratch — no templates, no shortcuts. A complete end-to-end system that actually worked.
