I am an Architect with years of experience in architectural design, and I specialize in conceptual sketches which are an essential part in architectural presentation. What makes this offer special are these:

1. I will do a great hand drawn sketch for you in a short period.
2. I do not keep templates/stock models to sell to my clients. Instead, hand draw each project from scratch to match your requirements.
3. My fees are low.

These are the services I offer here, depending on the scheme you select:

1. A4 size sketch of your building
2. A4 size sketch of your building with background
3. 4A size Architectural landscape, building complex or cityscape

Delivery time

1. Basic - 2 day (1 day for extra $10)
2. Standard - 4 days (2 days for extra $10)
3. Premium - 7 days (4 days for extra $10)

Time depends on the amount of work I have to put for each package.
