I recommended setting up an automated SMS workflow that triggers based on specific lead behaviour, such as form submissions, appointment requests, and enquiry types. I implemented a complete SMS auto-reply system integrated with their CRM and booking flow. The setup included instant response messages, follow-up sequences, and conditional logic based on patient actions. Each message was structured to feel natural, provide clear next steps, and guide patients toward confirming their appointments without confusion. As a result, the clinic significantly improved response time, reduced missed enquiries, and increased appointment bookings. Patients received immediate, clear communication, which improved trust and overall experience.
