I recommended setting up an automated SMS workflow that triggers based on specific lead behaviour, such as form submissions, appointment requests, and enquiry types. I implemented a complete SMS auto-reply system integrated with their CRM and booking flow. The setup included instant response messages, follow-up sequences, and conditional logic based on patient actions. Each message was structured to feel natural, provide clear next steps, and guide patients toward confirming their appointments without confusion. As a result, the clinic significantly improved response time, reduced missed enquiries, and increased appointment bookings. Patients received immediate, clear communication, which improved trust and overall experience. The system now runs consistently, ensuring no enquiry is left unattended and allowing the team to focus more on patient care instead of manual follow-ups.

The setup included options for booking enquiries, takeaway orders, and business hours information, along with after-hours routing and voicemail capture. Calls were automatically directed to the right staff or fallback numbers, ensuring continuity even during peak periods. As a result, the restaurant reduced missed calls, improved response handling, and captured more reservations and orders. Customers experienced faster, clearer communication, while staff focused on service without constant phone interruptions. The system now runs reliably, supporting daily operations and revenue flow.
