Bioinformatics and computational drug discovery specialist providing research-focused computational services through Omics Nexus. My work includes molecular docking, virtual screening, molecular dynamics simulations, QSAR and pharmacophore modeling, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, NGS analysis, multi-omics integration, and AI/ML applications in biomedical research. I develop end-to-end computational workflows covering data preparation, analysis, interpretation, molecular visualization, statistical analysis, publication-quality figures, and scientific reporting. I have worked with protein–ligand and protein–protein systems, drug discovery pipelines, biomedical datasets, and omics-based research projects. Key tools and technologies include Python, R, Linux, GROMACS, AutoDock, PyRx, MOE, AmberTools, HADDOCK, HDOCK, machine learning, and bioinformatics pipelines.
