FAQ
Can you fix KDP and IngramSpark paperback or hardcover upload errors?
Yes. I provide KDP formatting, IngramSpark print-file repair, and book upload fix support for existing paperback and hardcover files. Please send your interior or cover PDF, the exact upload error, and your target platform so I can confirm the correct package.
What KDP and IngramSpark print-file problems can you fix?
I can repair agreed print-file issues such as incorrect trim size, bleed, margins, gutter, safe area, page count, blank pages, page numbers, headers, footers, font embedding, image resolution, cover template, and cover spine width errors.
What files do you need to start my book upload fix?
Please upload your current book interior PDF or cover PDF, the exact KDP or IngramSpark error message, and a screenshot if available. Also provide your trim size, page count, paperback or hardcover format, binding, paper type, and target platform.
Can you fix both my book interior and cover file?
Yes. The Premium package includes one matching book interior PDF and one cover PDF for one print edition. Basic and Standard include one file only, either the interior or cover. Please message me if you need both files repaired outside the Premium package.
Do you provide general paperback and hardcover book formatting?
Yes. I provide professional paperback and hardcover formatting, print-ready PDF preparation, print-file repair, and upload preparation for KDP and IngramSpark. Please message me first if you need a full book layout, manuscript formatting, or a complete interior design service.
Which package should I choose for my KDP or IngramSpark error?
Choose Basic for one minor known issue in one interior or cover PDF. Choose Standard for up to five related formatting or upload issues in one file. Choose Premium for a complete print-file review and repair of one interior PDF plus one matching cover PDF.
Can you fix my paperback and hardcover format for both KDP and IngramSpark?
Each package covers one print edition, one trim size, and one selected platform. Paperback and hardcover files can require different cover templates, spine widths, page counts, or specifications. Please message me before ordering if you need both formats or both KDP and IngramSpark versions.
Can you work on books with tables, illustrations, images, or complex layouts?
Yes, but please message me before ordering if your book includes complex tables, full-bleed images, illustrations, charts, footnotes, special fonts, poetry, multiple sections, or advanced layout requirements. These projects may need a custom offer after file review.
How do revisions work for my print-ready PDF?
Revisions cover reasonable adjustments related to the original agreed book upload fix or print-file repair. New files, extra errors, new trim sizes, extra platforms, added paperback or hardcover versions, major layout changes, or a full redesign may require an extra or custom offer.
Do you guarantee KDP or IngramSpark approval after the repair?
I will professionally repair the agreed issues and prepare a corrected print-ready PDF for your selected platform. Final approval is decided by KDP or IngramSpark and may depend on account details, content, cover information, metadata, printer requirements, or updated platform rules.
