Why should I contact you before ordering?
Every project has different requirements regarding the concept, product shipping, video length, usage rights and delivery timeline. Please message me first so I can review your brief and create the right custom offer for your project.
What types of UGC videos can you create?
I create product demonstrations, testimonials, unboxings, lifestyle videos, how-to content, problem-solution ads and relatable everyday scenarios. The concept is adapted to your product, brand and target audience.
Do you write the script?
Yes. Scriptwriting is included in every package. Based on your briefing, I develop the concept, hook, body and call to action. You will receive the script for approval before filming begins.
Which products and industries are a good fit?
I create content for beauty, wellness, food, fashion, lifestyle and e-commerce products. Apps, websites and digital services may also be possible when a natural female perspective fits the target audience.
Can I send you a physical product?
Yes. Please contact me before ordering so we can coordinate shipping and set a realistic delivery timeline. Production begins after the product and all required information have been received.
In which language do you create the videos?
My main service is native German UGC for the DACH market. Communication is available in German or English. English-language videos may be possible for suitable projects after prior consultation.
Are usage rights included?
Yes. All packages include 3 months of usage rights for the delivered content. Extended paid advertising rights can be booked separately. Please provide the intended platforms, duration and type of use before ordering.
What is included in a revision?
A revision includes reasonable editing changes based on the approved script, such as adjustments to captions, graphics, music or existing footage. New concepts, changed scripts and additional recordings are not included.
Can I order additional hooks, CTAs or formats?
Yes. Additional hooks, calls to action and formats such as 4:5 or 1:1 can be added. I can also create a custom testing package based on your campaign and creative requirements.
Is raw footage included?
Raw footage is not included in the standard packages. Selected usable raw clips may be available as an additional service depending on the production scope and required usage rights.
