With over multiple years of experience in the software industry, I am the business owner and technical architect at Dogra Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a software company that specializes in developing and deploying mobile applications for various industries. I am also a certified Scrum Master, and I use the agile methodology to manage the software development lifecycle and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet the client's needs and expectations. As a technical architect, I design, develop, and document the mobile architecture for iOS and Android platforms, using the latest technologies and tools, such as .NET, network security, Azure DevOps, etc. I work with the development team, UX, business analyst, and management to create user-friendly and engaging apps that enhance customer experience and brand loyalty. I also oversee the technical risks, plan the mitigation actions, and monitor the progress and performance of the projects. Some of my accomplishments include developing and deploying over 50 mobile apps, designing and implementing robust and reliable network security systems, and mentoring and evaluating the development team. My passion is to create software solutions that are not only functional and reliable, but also scalable and adaptable to the changing needs and expectations of the users and stakeholders.
