Can you write using US/UK/Canadian spelling?
Yes. I mostly use US spellings/grammar but I'm Canadian. UK and Canadian are very similar, so I have no problem with that.
Will my content be search engine optimized?
Yes. You choose the keywords and the keyword density and I’ll make sure it comes across naturally!
