Delivered end-to-end development of GolfCharity, a full-featured charitable gaming and fundraising platform for Charity Golf Australia Limited, a registered Australian nonprofit connecting golfers with meaningful charitable causes under the mission "Play. Win. Give." As the sole full stack developer on this project, I owned the complete full stack website development lifecycle from scratch — architecture design, database modeling, frontend UI, backend APIs, payment integration, and production deployment on cloud infrastructure. Built using React.js, Node.js, and a scalable REST API backend, the platform enables golfers across Australia to register for charity tournaments, track live scores, win prizes, and donate to verified charitable organizations. Implemented secure payment gateway integration for donations and prize transactions, role-based user authentication, real-time leaderboard systems, tournament management dashboard, and mobile-responsive UI optimized for all devices. Key achievements: Delivered the full platform within a 4-week timeline, 10 days ahead of the original schedule. Achieved 99.9% uptime post-launch with zero critical bugs in the first 60 days. Optimized page load speed to under 1.8 seconds, improving user engagement by 40%. Built admin dashboard enabling the client to self-manage 100% of tournament operations without developer dependency. Platform successfully onboarded 500+ registered golfers within the first month of launch and facilitated donations across 8 verified charitable organizations across Australia. This project demonstrates my expertise as a full stack developer capable of building complex, real-world platforms with measurable business impact from concept to production.
