The work fell short of expectations due to a lack of creativity and attention to detail. Communication and effort could have been better, as there was limited understanding and initiative. Overall, the value provided was disappointing.

First of all, I am incredibly happy wit the end result. I can't imagine anyone else could have possibly done a better job. The designs are absolutely stunning and beautiful. However, the whole project took way longer than we had agreed on at first. I would say that is the only improvement I would suggest...
