I will create interactive fillable pdf form

From any file type I will create fillable pdf form that includes placeholders for fields such as radio buttons, check boxes, and text fields. I can also create control that shows an error while saving the pdf without having filled specific fields (see the example in the images preview).

I am using Adobe Acrobat pro DC software.
