FAQ
What do I need to get started?
Good Quality High Resolution Transparent background and Alpha Channel Logo in PNG format or Illustrator / Vector file in .AI format. If you don't have logo then Simple text also does well as Main Logo.
What will be the final video format?
The finished video will be in .MP4 format. Suitable for YouTube, Vimeo, Use on websites, presentations and it'll work with any device. If you need any other file formats please send a message with the order.
What if I don’t have a logo?
If you don’t have a logo, we can also do the intros with just text also . I need to have your font file or link to download but I don't do logo design. I only do 3D Logo animation like the sample gig videos.
Is it support every logo?
Every logo does not support this animation. The logo must be an alpha channel logo. Please contact me 1st before placing the order to avoid confusion.
Is this video suitable for social media?
This is a 16:9 (1920x1080) video which is more suitable for youtube , website or any platform that supports landscape style video. Social media needs 1x1 or 9x16 (Portrait) ratio video. I also do this special social media resolution video as well. You have to add that from gig extra.
