Do I need to know what n8n is?
No. You bring the process that's wasting your time; I handle the tooling. I host it on your n8n (cloud or self-hosted) or set one up, then hand over the build so it's yours.
Who pays for the OpenAI or Anthropic API usage?
You do, directly on your own key, and it's usually small: most workflows run $20-$100/month, heavier ones reach $300-$500. I estimate your likely cost up front and build to keep it low. My fee is separate and one-time.
Can it connect to the tools I already use?
Almost certainly. n8n talks to 400+ apps (CRMs, Sheets, Slack, WhatsApp, Gmail, Airtable, Notion, Stripe), plus anything with an API. Tell me your stack and I'll confirm before we start.
What's the difference between a workflow and an agent?
A workflow runs fixed steps. An agent decides what to do from the input and uses tools to get there. Basic is a workflow; Standard and Premium add an agent that reasons and acts.
Will it keep running after delivery?
Yes. I add error handling and retries so it doesn't break silently, and Premium includes monitoring plus two weeks of support.
Can you fix or extend an automation I already have?
Yes. Send me the current n8n, Zapier or Make setup and I'll tell you whether to extend it or rebuild it cleanly.
Is my data safe?
Your keys and accounts stay yours. I work in your environment where possible and don't retain your data after handover.
