Worked on marketing automation, CRM workflow, lead-generation, and sales-funnel concepts designed for service businesses, agencies, coaches, consultants, and other organizations that rely on structured lead management. My work involved mapping customer journeys from the first interaction through lead capture, qualification, follow-up, appointment or sales actions, and CRM management. I focused on identifying where automation could connect different stages of the customer journey and reduce repetitive manual tasks for sales and marketing teams. A key area was connecting conversational lead-generation systems with CRM workflows. Instagram and chatbot interactions can generate valuable prospect information, but that information becomes more useful when it is organized inside the CRM. I worked with processes involving contact creation, lead qualification, segmentation, pipeline movement, notifications, follow-up tasks, and automated communication. I also worked on funnel architecture for coaches, consultants, and service businesses. These funnels could include social-media entry points, lead magnets, qualification questions, consultation requests, appointment workflows, nurturing sequences, and sales follow-up. The exact structure depended on the business's offer and sales process. For ecommerce-oriented workflows, I considered how conversational interactions could support product discovery and customer engagement. A prospect arriving through Instagram could interact with an automated flow, provide information about what they are looking for, receive relevant information, and then move toward the next stage of the purchasing process. I worked with automation logic involving triggers, conditions, actions, tags, custom fields, pipeline stages, notifications, and integrations. I also considered how different lead types should be handled differently instead of placing every prospect into the same workflow.

Worked on no-code workflow automation and application integration projects connecting marketing, CRM, communication, and business applications. My work focused on translating manual business processes into structured automated workflows using triggers, actions, conditions, filters, data mapping, and multi-step automation logic. A major application was connecting lead-generation systems with CRM environments. When a prospect interacted with a chatbot or completed a lead-capture process, the resulting information could be transferred into a CRM, assigned to a specific pipeline or representative, and followed by additional actions such as notifications, task creation, segmentation, or follow-up. I also worked with conversational marketing workflows involving ManyChat and Instagram. These workflows required careful consideration of what information should be collected during a conversation, how it should be structured, and what should happen after the prospect completed a particular step. For ecommerce businesses, automation workflows could connect customer interactions with lead-management systems and downstream marketing processes. For coaches and consultants, workflows could connect lead qualification and consultation requests with CRM records, notifications, and follow-up processes. I worked with multi-step automation logic where one trigger could lead to several actions. Filters and conditions were used to ensure that only the appropriate records continued through a particular workflow. This helped separate different types of leads and prevent irrelevant actions from being triggered. Data mapping was another important component. Different applications often use different field names or data structures, so I considered how information should move from one system to another. I paid attention to names, email addresses, phone numbers, lead sources, interests, qualification information, tags, and other relevant fields.
