Just a few quick things; any sample forms or questions you have. Need to make an outclass form then yeah your website link so I can add branding :) Please send me the login info of your Jotform/Typeform account, if you want to use any of them?
What are general requirements with jotform?
You are requested to provide me with your jotform account, After the final approval so, I will transfer the form to your account.
Which form builders I do recommend?
It all depends on your requirments, if you need complex logics and calculations based forms, then Jotform is recommened. For fancy looking forms that attract leads, Typeform is recommended.
What do I need for Payment Gateway Integration with jotform?
I will need to ask your Email or Credentials or I will ask you the details,i.e. How you want the payment? If all of this is not possible I will provide you step by step details of you can do it yourself.
