At a digital agency, I worked on UX/UI projects from the initial concept to the final design. I started by conducting UX research: talking to users, analyzing competitors, and identifying pain points or friction in the user experience. Based on these insights, I proposed solutions that genuinely improve how users interact with the product. I paid special attention to the product’s structure and flow, mapping out how users navigate the interface and where they might encounter difficulties. I created wireframes and prototypes, tested multiple options, and refined solutions until they were ready for final design. When moving to visual design, I crafted interfaces and built component and style systems to ensure everything remained clear, consistent, and cohesive. I regularly ran usability tests, analyzed feedback, and iterated on designs based on real-world usage. I collaborated closely with developers and supported the design throughout implementation to ensure the final product matched the original vision. I worked on both web projects and landing pages, always balancing user experience with business goals.
