I build responsive business websites and landing pages for small companies, trades and service providers.
BASIC: 1 page with up to 6 sections, a contact form and 2 revisions.
STANDARD: Up to 5 pages, a contact form, gallery or FAQ and 2 revisions.
PREMIUM: Up to 8 pages plus one Make enquiry workflow to email and a spreadsheet, up to 3 modules, with 3 revisions. AI chatbot and AI telephone assistant integration with automatic workflows.
Every package includes mobile layout, your supplied content, page titles and descriptions, image optimisation, link and form checks, source files and a handover guide. I can deploy to one agreed compatible hosting account you own.
I use AI-assisted tools and review the output. Delivery uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript. A CMS, shop, payments, memberships and custom backends need a separate scope.
You supply final copy, licensed images and legal text. Legal pages count toward the page limit. Domain, hosting, subscriptions, legal advice and ongoing maintenance are not included. No ranking or sales guarantees.

FAQ
What will I own and receive?
You receive the website source files, agreed assets and a handover guide. I identify any third-party assets and licence conditions. Domain and hosting accounts stay in your name. Exclusive rights to third-party or AI-generated material are not promised.
Which platform and hosting will you use?
The standard delivery uses HTML, CSS and JavaScript. We agree compatible hosting before ordering. I include deployment to one account you own when access is available. Domain, hosting and form-service fees are separate. WordPress or another CMS needs a custom scope.
What counts as a page or revision?
A page is one distinct URL, including supplied legal pages. Basic has one page with up to six sections. A revision is one consolidated round of changes within the agreed brief. New pages, a new design direction or new functionality require an extra or custom offer.
What does the Premium automation include?
One Make workflow with up to three modules: receive the website enquiry, send an internal email and add a spreadsheet row. It includes mapping, five agreed test cases and a handover. You provide compatible accounts. AI analysis and custom APIs are separate.
Do you write the copy and legal pages?
You provide final text, your logo and images you can use, plus any required legal text. I arrange these on the site. Copywriting, legal drafting, compliance certification and paid stock licences are not included. I can quote extra content work separately.
Do you use AI tools?
Yes, I use AI-assisted tools for parts of design and development and review the output. Gallery visuals illustrate the service and are not client case studies. I check links, forms and responsive layouts before delivery.
What support is included after delivery?
I include a handover guide and 14 days to correct reproducible defects in the delivered scope. This does not cover new features, ongoing updates or third-party outages. Maintenance and additional changes need a separate agreement.
Can you build a shop or guarantee enquiries?
This Gig covers an informational business website. Shops, payment processing, memberships, custom backends, extra languages and complex integrations need a separate scope. Basic SEO is included, but search rankings, traffic and sales are not guaranteed.
