Tim was really easy to work with. I wasn't sure which package I needed to order, so I sent him a message with the image. I really appreciate that Tim spoke English fluently. Since I only speak English, I have had some challenges in the past with designers who are not fluent in English and it causes challenges since we are just communicating via these messages.
