I've been working independently as a Freelance Legal Consultant, supporting startups and service-providing firms with their day-to-day contractual needs. My work spans drafting, reviewing and finalising NDAs,MSAs and a wide range of commercial agreements, advising clients directly on terms and risk areas, and managing each matter from initial instruction through to execution. Alongside client work, I've built and continue to refine a library of template agreements, which has sharpened my focus on consistency, accuracy and turnaround time. Running this practice independently has strengthened my ability to manage multiple concurrent instructions, communicate clearly with clients, and stay organised under competing deadlines.
