I am responsible for the overall Business Functioning of the Company which includes, amongst all, Managing the P&L, responding to and acting on, various Statutory Requirements as and when needed, and maintaining the vital connectivity with existing clients in terms of planning and executing deliverables (which includes proposal creation, cost estimation and negotiation and the delivery of services to the client). As the face & key person of the company when it comes to developing the business and establish connectivity with new/potential/prospective clients, creating information resources for business development and the like. Being a passionate trainer, coach & mentor, I own and deliver majority of the “Training & Learning”, “Coaching & Mentoring” and the “Advisory” sessions for the client. As a passionate and adept Trainer, I seamlessly connect "Creation (IP) - Backbone (Science/Technology) - Business - Law" starting from curriculum development matching with the clients' specific requirement, module creation & training deployment, development of self-study resources and finally participant evaluation, working very closely with the client at all stages, creating a holistic learning environment. The next phase to 'Training' is generally 'Coaching &/or Mentoring' where I work very closely with the client in translating the gained 'Knowledge' into executing the 'Actionable' that has the potential to create Tangible Business Value. For example, 'Training' on patent drafting may be followed by 'Mentoring' on drafting of specific patent applications; Training on IP & IPR for the 'Creator' can be followed by 'Mentoring' on transforming the 'Creation' to a 'Proprietary Creation'. In the 'Advisory' role, I work very closely with clients to help come up with a rational and informed 'choice' when they have more than one choice to choose from ('This' or 'That) for a scenario or they do not have any choice or option available to pick from ('How', 'What' type of scenario).
