Do I really have to pay NO monthly software fees?
Yes! Because I use powerful open-source tools (n8n and Chatwoot), you don't have to pay expensive monthly software subscriptions. Your only costs will be a basic VPS server (usually under $20/month) and OpenAI API usage (which is extremely cheap, just pennies per chat).
Will the AI make up wrong answers (hallucinate)?
No. I use strict prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). The bot is instructed to ONLY answer using the data from your website and the documents you provide. If it doesn't know the answer, it will politely ask the user to wait for a human agent.
Do I need technical knowledge to use this system?
Not at all! I will handle the complete technical setup on the server. You will get a beautiful, easy-to-use Chatwoot dashboard where you can easily monitor all conversations, see lead details, and reply to customers manually if needed.
Which website platforms do you support?
The Chatwoot widget uses a simple JavaScript code snippet. It works seamlessly on almost ANY platform, including WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace, and Custom HTML websites.
