FAQ
What formats do you deliver the drawings in?
I deliver high-resolution, scale-ready PDF sets by default. If you need the editable source files (.dwg or .rvt), please ensure you select the Premium package or add the source file extra.
Can you work off a hand-drawn sketch or photo?
Yes! As long as your sketch or photo includes accurate overall dimensions and wall locations, I can use it to construct the formal technical 2D structural layout.
What materials do you design for?
I specialize in residential materials including dimensional lumber/timber framing, engineered wood (LVL/glulam), light-gauge steel framing, and concrete masonry units (CMU).
