Yes. I back up your files and database before touching anything, so your site can always be restored.
What access do you need?
Usually a WordPress admin login. Some errors also need hosting, cPanel, or FTP access. Please share access in the order chat after you order.
What if I'm not sure what's causing the problem?
That's normal. Send me the link and a screenshot before ordering, and I'll confirm I can fix it and which package fits.
How fast can you fix my site?
Most fixes are done within 24 hours. Complex WooCommerce or server issues can take 2 to 3 days, and I'll tell you upfront.
