Art is beautiful, but unfortunately my experience was ruined by the multiple delays and uncertainty whether I would receive it on time.

The picture was two months late but it looks great and the artist was very nice and apologetic.

While the art on their profile is impressive, and they are very friendly, I have to take points away for the lack of communication and the repeated delays. They said it was just 1 day away 2 times, and while I understand that something shit happens and you need more time, I'd rather just be told that than lied to.
