I have built extensive experience at Toolroom, one of the UK’s leading independent electronic music labels, working across A&R, radio, artist relations, label management, content and music promotion. My role has involved identifying and signing new music and artists, providing A&R feedback, managing releases and supporting artists throughout the label process. I have developed a strong understanding of what makes a record stand out, from songwriting and production through to commercial potential, audience fit and positioning. Alongside A&R, I have extensive radio and broadcasting experience, producing and presenting music-focused radio content, creating show scripts, managing tracklists and delivering engaging presenter links. I have a strong understanding of radio programming, music selection and how to build a compelling listening experience. I have also worked extensively across DJ mixes, music curation and audio production, creating professional mixes and audio content for artists, labels and radio platforms. My experience at Toolroom has given me a broad understanding of the electronic music industry, from discovering talent and developing records to promotion, radio, content and audience engagement. I bring a professional industry perspective, a strong musical ear and practical experience to every project I work on.
