Is the logo 100% original? Who owns the copyright?
Yes — every logo is custom-designed from scratch to match your brand and will never be reused or resold. You’ll receive full copyright and commercial usage rights once the order is complete, as per Fiverr’s terms.
What if I don’t like the first design? Will I get a completely different logo?
Don’t worry — revisions are part of the process! If the first design isn't quite right, I’ll gladly make changes to better match your vision.
What if I’m not happy with the logos at all?
My priority is your satisfaction. If the first concept isn’t what you expected, I’ll work with you to adjust it through revisions and bring it closer to your vision. Clear communication ensures a great result.
What do you need to get started?
After you place your order, you'll need to answer a few questions. Primarily, we need your business name, a brief description about it, and most important, DESIGN REFERENCES so I can understand the logo style you need (this is key to the success of the project).
Why it's important to have the VECTOR source files?
There are many answers you can find through Google actually but there is simple analogy you can easily to understand; having a vector file or source file is important. It's like you're having the keys for your house.
What will I get ordering the PRO Package?

Can you draw me a custom illustration for my logo?
I do have a particular style, so please be sure to check my sample works before ordering. In case more complex, particulars drawings are needed, please contact me before placing an order.
What is the “Social Media Kit”?
The Social Media Kit includes two Banners/Covers for social media websites of your choice (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, etc.)
What is the “Stationary Design” extra?
The stationary design extra covers a two-sided business card and a letterhead design. When ordering that extra please provide all the company details. If you need any additional stationary materials please contact me for a custom offer.
What is a "Brand Guideline"?
A brand guideline is the a document that indicates how your brand should be displayed. This includes colors, fonts, logo versions or alternative logo layouts, favicon, rules, and more. Feel free to contact me for samples.
