The podcast produced valuable long-form episodes but was not consistently repurposing them into short-form content. Important conversations were being published once and then largely overlooked. My Solution: I transformed selected podcast conversations into concise short-form clips designed around strong statements, useful insights, and attention-grabbing moments. Process: • Reviewed podcast episodes for high-value moments • Identified potential hooks and standalone sections • Trimmed unnecessary pauses and sections • Improved pacing through clean cuts • Formatted clips for vertical social platforms • Organized clips according to their source episodes Result: The podcast had a repeatable content repurposing workflow and a library of short-form clips that could be distributed across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
