Own the ecommerce and email program for an auto parts retailer with a 5,000+ SKU catalog. • Built the Klaviyo program from zero — welcome flow, abandonment sequences, post-purchase and winback — plus the signup form and campaign calendar. • Signup form converts at 18.87%, roughly 4x the ecommerce average. • Klaviyo now drives 29.4% of the store's total revenue, from a channel that was producing almost nothing. • Rebuilt the storefront around conversion and tripled online sales in a year with no added ad spend. • Write all email copy in English and Quebec French, and manage catalog, merchandising and content across 5,000+ products.

International AI & Marketing Systems Project (France) Client: Inwin, a French digital agency network with 120 experts across 20 agencies and roughly 10 million euros in revenue. I was given full ownership of the agency's flagship online course build, an undeveloped 200-hour concept with zero modules and zero videos made, and trusted by the owners to take it from a rough idea to a finished, executable plan. I architected the entire program from scratch: a 360-concept curriculum that mapped every individual video and exactly what it would teach, scoped to a realistic 120-hour business course. To ground the structure in what actually works, I benchmarked it against transcripts scraped from 20 leading course-design videos before locking the plan. Then I built the production system to make it. A custom Claude engine turned a single video brief into a complete branded package: slide deck, presenter script, quizzes, and exercises. I refined the core instruction system across roughly 30 iterations, and when I found the model producing inconsistent output on long inputs, I tested alternatives and switched the production model to prioritize consistency over cost. That is the difference between using AI and engineering with it. On automation, I replaced a $1,130 commercial tool with a custom Google Colab workflow that synchronized script, audio, and slides at 90 to 95 percent timing accuracy. I also directed the team's AI production strategy, testing avatar and voice tools (ElevenLabs, Colossyan, Synthesia) and deciding where AI added real leverage and where it did not, rather than forcing AI everywhere. I closed the engagement with a 9-page operating SOP covering inputs, outputs, quality control, and troubleshooting, so the team could run the entire system independently after I stepped away.
