Do I need to give you access to my NinjaOne account?
Yes. I will need temporary admin access to build and deploy your automation scripts. All credentials are kept strictly confidential and access is revoked immediately after delivery.
Do I need to know how to code or script to use this service?
Not at all. I handle all the scripting and configuration from start to finish. Everything is documented clearly so your team can manage and trigger scripts without any coding knowledge.
What scripting languages do you use in NinjaOne?
I primarily use PowerShell and Batch scripting which are the most powerful and widely supported languages within the NinjaOne automation environment.
How many scripts do I get per package?
Basic includes up to 3 scripts, Standard includes up to 8 scripts and Premium includes unlimited scripts tailored to your entire MSP workflow.
Can you automate software installation across multiple devices?
Yes. Software deployment automation is included in Standard and Premium packages. I configure scripts that automatically install, update or remove software across your entire device fleet.
Can you set up automation that triggers when an alert fires?
Yes. Alert triggered automation is one of the most powerful features in NinjaOne. Premium package includes automated responses that fire instantly when specific alerts are detected no technician needed.
Will the scripts work on both servers and workstations?

What if a script causes an issue on a device after delivery?
