With a focus on integrating technology into nearly every facet of business in these early days, I launched the USPS's first e-commerce initiative featuring a new world front end system with legacy systems integration to six data centers accessed by a private VPN for sales fulfillment and reconciliation, the original Marriott Rewards program while consulting to all six regional sales departments, multiple front facing databases for NIH, NIH's drug royalties payment system, and helped dozens of smaller companies integrate to the reality of our shared technological future. Nearly all assignments included budget development, forecasting, human resource management, security evaluation and risk containment in addition to overseeing technical development. If you visit this company today, you will see it has changed dramatically since I sold it in 2004. I should also note that this company started as VCORPS, Inc., a boutique Human Resources consulting firm founded in 1986 that later incorporated technology and process automation. With the enormous technology demands of the time and so few players having experience in integrating legacy systems, these experiences eventually grew the company into NetLink Resource Group, Inc. I would list it separately, but Fiverr requires websites for all entries and this firm obviously no longer exists.
