Crunch should ask more questions upfront to better understand the art direction and evaluate whether he can handle the work prior to committing to a job. I believe if Crunch continues to focus on his painting skills over time, he could hit the mark of expectation....

Regardless, he pulled through after some feedback with some additional time and stayed under my tri count budget. Thanks!
