I worked with small business owners and service providers to design and build websites and sales funnels using GoHighLevel, managing each project from the initial client conversation through to full setup and launch. This involved understanding each client's business goals, their ideal customer, and what they wanted people to do at each stage — whether that was booking a call, signing up for an offer, or making a purchase — then structuring the funnel around that journey. I built out landing pages, opt-in forms, and multi-step funnels designed to guide visitors from first click to conversion, while keeping the layout clean and easy to follow. Alongside the funnel build, I also set up automations within GoHighLevel to support follow-up and lead nurturing, so clients weren't just getting a funnel, but a system that worked for them after the visit ended. Throughout each project, I stayed in close contact with clients to make sure the funnel matched their offer and business model, and made sure everything was fully tested and functioning before going live.
