I´m an organizational psychologist and I´ve being working as a facilitator in leadership courses and as executive coach for more than 25 years now. I´m also founder and CEO of Mariot - Insights for Evolution, a brazilian company specialized in leadership programs for managers, as well as for teambuilding. Previously, I´ve worked as HR Manager for multinational campanies in Brazil and that experience has being helpful to understand challenges leaders face on daily basis.
