What package is suitable for my website/app?
Depends on the number of pages/screens you want to test. Basic is for upto 3 pages, Standard for upto 6 and Premium for upto 10 pages.
How would you give feedback/review?
I'll be providing a complete feedback document in the Microsoft Word format as this tool is easily available for most of my clients. Other formats can be requested in order request though.
Will you be able to test iOS and Android apps?
Yes, I do test iOS and Android apps too but they must be in the respective stores to be tested. I don't test the apps using the APK and IPA files.
Do you only provide written report?
No, I provide a video report also. For that, you'll have to choose the video report extra or the Premium package.In the video report, you can see me testing all the scenarios on your product and giving live feedback.
Can I outsource you/your work to my clients?
Yes, I can work for your clients too as an employee for you for the given work.
Will you test website/webapp that is in development phase right now?
Yes, I'll test those too but would require the scope of testing at the moment and you would have to order independently for each testing cycle. The app must be available on some QA/Alpha server for the test.
Will you do Alpha, Beta testing too?
Yes, I'll test your apps/features that are yet to be put into production, if those are accessible through the internet.
