Character Concept

This is the first phase where ideas are explored and developed. Clothing, personality, visual themes, rough sketches, and design notes are established to shape the characters identity.

Character Design

The second phase focuses on finalizing the character. Clean lineart, finalized colors, refined details, and multiple views are created to ensure consistency in the overall appearance.

Character Sheet

This phase serves as the production-ready reference of the character. It includes poses, expressions, proportions, action scenarios, and organized visual guides to maintain consistency across projects such as comics, animation, and games.
