Worked as a Healthcare Software Integration Specialist at Healtherco, supporting healthcare providers and medical businesses with the implementation, configuration, and integration of digital healthcare systems. My role focused on connecting EHR and EMR platforms with CRM, ecommerce, payment, marketing, and workflow automation tools to create efficient and reliable business processes. I worked with healthcare platforms including Epic, Cerbo, OptiMantra, NextGen Healthcare, Phreesia, LUKE Health, Karpa Health, CareValidate, Hint Health, and athenahealth, alongside Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Airtable, and ActiveCampaign. My responsibilities included healthcare software setup, EHR and EMR configuration, system integration, CRM implementation, workflow automation, patient onboarding, payment integration, recurring billing, ecommerce integration, marketing automation, data management, troubleshooting, and technical support. I used Zapier and Make to connect platforms, automate repetitive workflows, and improve the movement of information between healthcare and business systems. I collaborated with healthcare teams to understand their operational requirements, configure software around existing workflows, test integrations, identify technical issues, and implement practical solutions. I also provided system optimization and ongoing support to ensure platforms remained reliable as business requirements evolved. This experience strengthened my ability to manage complex healthcare technology integrations, optimize digital workflows, and deliver connected software environments that reduce manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and support better patient and business management.
