About the company

OSM Aviation entered the market in 2013 with a plan to perfect the aviation industry – bringing a new business model with them that focused on how to employ, attract, and manage crews as a long-term and responsible employer. In just four years OSM Aviation grew from zero to over 5000 employees. Today, their customer list is full of international airlines.

COVID-19 impact & adjustment

Predictably, the pandemic left a lot of airlines struggling, including many of their clients. That’s when OSM Aviation had to make a quick change – shifting from recruitment and crew training to pilot training (a profession with a more long-term need) as well as long-term aircraft parking.

Fiverr Pro journey

While the company was navigating new winds, the marketing department had to keep the show running as usual – but with fewer resources. Stein’s team was staying busy producing a podcast, redesigning the website and editing videos for their customers, without the capacity to do it all in time.

That’s when he came to Fiverr Pro.
