I've run Mokawala, a business-planning practice in Morocco, since 2013, and built financial models for more than 300 projects and financing files. A valuation is only as good as the forecast under it. So I start there.

Companies with revenue get two methods: a DCF on 5-year cash flows, with a discount rate built from public data, and a comparables check against listed companies or recent deals in your sector. Pre-revenue? A DCF alone means little, so I add the VC method and a scorecard and give you a range, not one figure.

You get an Excel model with the forecast, the DCF, the comparables and sensitivity tables, plus a 3 to 5-page report explaining every assumption. English, French or Arabic.
