Acerca de este Servicio
I am a former University of Florida Research Demographer, where I produced official population projections for the state and worked closely with U.S. Census data and demographic analysis. My work combines historical demography, archival research, geographic analysis, and property history to uncover hidden stories, migration patterns, and historical relationships embedded within Census and archival records.
I specialize in:
- Historical Census research
- Civil War-era and 19th-century records
- Historical property and neighborhood research
- Archival mapping and aerial imagery
- Historical GIS and geographic interpretation
- Demographic reconstruction and migration analysis
Much of this work involves piecing together fragmented historical records to reconstruct households, properties, neighborhoods, and historical populations across time. Whether researching generational lineage, a historic property, or a broader historical question, my goal is to produce organized, well-documented findings grounded in archival and demographic evidence.
Please contact me before ordering larger or more complex projects so I can confirm scope and availability.
FAQ
What information should I provide before ordering?
Please provide as much information as possible, such as names, approximate dates, locations, family relationships, addresses, or known historical context. Even small details can significantly improve archival and Census research accuracy.
Do you guarantee that records will be found?
No. Historical records are often incomplete, damaged, inconsistent, or missing entirely (e.g, 1890 Census fire). Research outcomes depend heavily on the availability and quality of surviving archival materials.
Can you research historic homes or neighborhoods?
Yes. I can assist with historical property and neighborhood research using Census records, archival mapping, aerial imagery, and demographic analysis.
Do you research Civil War-era records?
Yes, I frequently work with 19th-century and Civil War-era Census and archival materials, including household reconstruction, migration tracing, and historical property research.
