I have Wordpress.com account, is that enough?
Sorry, Wordpress.com is different from Wordpress.org. We can only design a website on Wordpress.org provided a script which will run on a hosting server & you need a hosting server and domain name for that.
Will I be able to edit my website?
Even if you don't know any programming language, you can easily edit your website. This is the power of WordPress. After watching a few tutorials, you can change anything. I will send the tutorial at the end.
I do not have the content for the website, can we start?
I will add dummy content so that you would be able to replace that with your own content in the future. The content will be dummy "Lorum Ipsum" and will not be relevant to any industry.

We had some organizational issues on our end that kept extending the timeline. Codexier was very patient and willing to extend multiple times to meet our needs. They also conducted multiple calls with us to nail down exact details and will be providing follow-up services as a separate gig to continue...
