Is there any monthly fee for hosting or API?
It depends on your need. If you host it on free severs like replit and take MT4 free cloud APIfor personal use, then there will be no recurring charges. But if you host this on dedicated servers or in any case you need this bot for business use, you need to take paid API from metaapi.cloud.
