Typically: Nextjs and TypeScript on the front, NestJS with PostgreSQL and Prisma behind it, deployed with Docker and GitHub Actions so shipping an update is not a manual ritual.

I have built multi tenant SaaS where one codebase serves many separate companies and no customer can ever see another's data, ERP systems where the money arithmetic has to be exactly right and auditable, marketplaces with Stripe payments and payouts, and platforms with live updates over websockets.

What you get is a working product, not a demo. Authentication, permissions, an admin side so you can run it without calling a developer, payments if you need them, and it deployed and running.

I will tell you honestly when something you have asked for is going to cost more than it is worth, and suggest the cheaper route. That conversation is usually worth more than the code.
