FAQ
What does Per Finished Hour (PFH) mean?
Per finished hour is a way of measuring the production time of an audio project. It is calculated by multiplying the finalized audio content in hours by the PFH rate. One "Finished Hour" is equal to 10k words.
If I purchase background music as an extra, can I choose my own music?
Yes. If you have a specific song or music you would like used on your project feel free to send me a link to download it or send me an audio file.
What accents and languages do you offer?
I only narrate audiobooks in American English.
What will you not record?
I will not record anything racist, sexist, or inciteful. I do not record testimonials or anything that I think could be misleading or related to a scam. I reserve the right to refuse any work that I do not feel comfortable voicing.
What is your Pronunciation policy?
I will try my best to pronounce words or names with foreign, unusual, or difficult pronunciations. Please provide the correct phonetic interpretation and/or an MP3 with the correct pronunciation for such words. Otherwise, no guarantees!
What time zone are you locate in?
I am located in Eastern Time Zone (US-New York)
Why does the audio in your video sound compressed?
Fiverr has reduced bandwith on videos. The sound you hear on the videos is not an accurate representation of the high-quality sound you will receive. Please message me if you would like a downloadable sample.
Do you offer Revisions?
If there are any mistakes on my end, I do not charge for revisions. If there are any mistakes on your end or any changes to the script after the voice over has already been delivered, there will be additional charges for revisions.
