Make sure your script has no errors. I will read EXACTLY what's in your script even if it has errors. Don't waste your free revision to correct script errors. However, I am happy to offer Script Proofreading services for clients who would like them. See the next FAQ.

Yes! Before recording your project I will review your script for grammar and syntax errors, suggest any changes that could make your project stronger or clearer, and deliver these to you within 12 hours of purchase. This service is only $10USD for each 100 words.

Yes! If I make a mispronounce a word I will correct it free of charge. Beyond this, I happily offer you one free revision per paid project. This is a SMALL revision of no more than 30-50 words. Revisions or any script changes/corrections beyond this limit will incur an extra cost.

You will receive your order within 48 hours. Shorter projects are usually delivered faster. I will offer an estimate on seeing your script. Projects over 1000 words will take an extra day for each additional 1000 words. Receive your project faster by purchasing the Extra or Super Fast options.

Your project moves to the front of the line ahead of everyone else who hasn't already paid for Super Fast Delivery. Customers who order the Super Fast Delivery usually receive their orders in 12-14 hours or less. I will offer a firm delivery time after reviewing your script.

Yes! I offer neutral North American, Southern US, RP British, French Canadian, French, German, and Italian accents. I can also record your French, Italian, or German script. I can also translate your English script to these languages. Doing translations will add to the delivery time and cost.
