Sobre mí
Hi, I’m Ganesh, a full-time chess coach and competitive player rated 1600 FIDE Classical and 2100+ Chess.com Rapid.
What separates a 1000-rated player from a 1500-rated player? What does it take to aim for 2000 Elo? It comes down to calculation, positional understanding, pattern recognition, and learning from mistakes.
I believe real improvement starts with understanding why moves work, not just memorizing them. My goal is to help players think better, play stronger, and reach their next rating milestone.
Let's improve and climb the ranks together!

This was my third lesson with the coach, and I’m really happy with the progress so far. We continued building on what we learned in the previous lessons, and the areas I needed to focus on. Looking forward to continuing the lessons!

Great chess lesson! The coach paid a lot of attention to detail and explained everything clearly. He was patient, professional, and focused on the areas I needed to improve. I learned a lot from the session and would definitely recommend him to other chess players.

Ganesh was a great tutor he walked me through a few of my games and played a game with me. After the game we went over some mating patterns and he suggested some resources for me that was very helpful.
