Project was a one day assignment took about a week to get revisions. Communication should have been stated that revisions would take longer even though I paid for a one day project. Outside of that, overall I’m satisfied with final product.

Overall Cindy provided what we asked for. And though we paid for unlimited revisions, the response time got slower and slower. The final details were not handled efficiently. But ultimately, we received what we expected and it was done well.

Satisfied but not "wowed" with the final result. Communication was a bit challenging and it felt like much of the messaging was handled by assistants with weak English comprehension, which was disappointing since I chose this artist to avoid language barriers.
